how we handle returns and exchanges.

Change of Mind
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Provide photos of the damaged goods or incorrect item.
  • Keep the item in its original, unused condition, with proof of purchase.
  • Contact our customer service team with your order details.

 

Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to a DY•5 product purchased from our website,
discontinue use immediately and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return due to an allergic reaction:

  • Provide a photo of the reaction and a full description.
  • Return the product with less than 20% used.
  • Note that DY•5 is unable to cover postage costs associated with reaction returns.
