Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to a product purchased from our website, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return for an allergic reaction:

  • Provide a photo of the reaction and a detailed description.
  • Ensure the product is returned with less than 20% used.
  • Please note that return postage costs for allergic reactions are not covered under our return policy.
