Shipping policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

This Policy applies to orders placed through dy5.com.au with Skinceuticals Pty Ltd (ABN 45 655 299 353; ACN 655 299 353) trading as DY•5. It does not exclude, restrict or modify rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

1. Australian delivery

We use Australia Post for Australian orders.

Current delivery estimates after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping: estimated 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: estimated 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary by destination, seasonal demand, public holidays, carrier operations and other circumstances. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days. During promotions, public holidays or periods of high order volume, dispatch may take 3–7 business days. This handling timeframe is separate from the Australia Post transit estimate.

2. Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before payment.

For Australian orders:

• Standard Shipping: AUD $10.95.
• Express Shipping: AUD $12.95, where available.
• Free Australian Standard Shipping: eligible orders of AUD $150 or more after discounts, excluding shipping charges and gift-card purchases.

We will not charge undisclosed mandatory fees.

3. Tracking, delivery address and parcel issues

Where tracking is provided, we will send tracking details to the email address used for your order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; we cannot promise changes after dispatch.

If a parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@dy5.com.au with your order number. We will reasonably assist with an investigation and remain responsible for any obligations that apply under consumer law.

4. International orders

International delivery may be available only to destinations shown as available at checkout. Shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges and other destination charges may be assessed by the destination authority and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country or region and are outside our control.

International orders remain subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
